As a customer, I had an excellent experience. They were outstanding at their job, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and were always kind, patient, and sweet. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood. Their professionalism and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend Abir to anyone looking for exceptional customer service.

This place is a hidden gem just off the mall downtown Kalamazoo. 13 of us stopped in for some delicious toasted sandwiches made by Abeer. An Italian Stalion, a Reuben, a 2 of the cheesiest Grilled Cheeses, a tamale, some lasagna and a couple of wonderful salads. Not only was the food delicious but the customer service was literally the BEST. The standout was JACOB who checked us out. What a great guy. He made our day. Thanks Citi Centre Market. We will most definitely be back!! Highly recommend this cool little spot...We'd give it 10 stars if we could.

I got a drink that was apparently mispriced as they charged me a higher amount. When I asked about it, said just most been in the wrong spot and rang it up anyways. No effort seen to reorganize. Most things seemed over priced. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

My sandwich (ham, pepper jack, lettuce, red onion, chipotle mayo) and grape leaves were fantastic! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Haven't been in since it was Irving's but it was a quality substitute.
